Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that excessive intestinal gas production çan lead to bubbles on stool..
Excessive gas production can be due to causes like Indigestion, constipation, excessive intake of fatty foods, eating very fast, taking too much of frizzy drinks, Irritable bowel syndrome etc..
I would suggest you to take antacids like Calcium carbonate and Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for acid reflux..
You can also take H2 blockers like Ranitidine..
Take light meal and avoid spicy and heavy meals..
You can drink plenty of water..
Do moderate workout..
Take walk after meals..
Sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet..
You can also take Simethicome for reducing gas formation..
In case of no improvement consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
