HiMy ulcer burst when my baby was two weeks old I had surgery done andI have been maintaining my eating habits howevever I continue to have heartburn when eating the simplist of foods like bread and even if i drink too much water, can you please help me with this ...Need help with a eating plan many thanks !
Why the surgery? Due to peptic ulcers due to perforation? Or any other problems? Avoid high-fat condiments, citrus fruits, and juices tomato products, coffee, and tea — either, caffeinated or decaffeinated, alcoholic beverages, spicy foods, chocolate, etcetera.
Take lean meats, fish, beans, eggs, or tofu as good protein sources,high-fiber foods, especially fruits and vegetables, as long as they don’t irritate the stomach,caffeine-free drinks, nuts, and nut butter heart-healthy oils, such as olive or canola oils, for cooking, fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise and salad dressings.
