What Causes Heat Radiating From Groin Area?

I am constantly feeling heat from my groin, inner and outer labia and cervix. I am 33 years old, still ovulating and am relatively healthy aside from a sluggish thyroid. I have no infections or STIs. The heat is extremely uncomfortable and causes the rest of my body to feel overheated. What could be causing this?
