What Causes Heaviness From Eyebrow Line To Upper Lip With History Of Thyroidectomy?

I had a total thyroidectomy 2/13/15 with parathyroid transplant. All has been well until today . From my brow line to my upper lip it feels heavy ( hard too early) and feels like tremors ( like the kind you get in your eye on occasion ) it s like a novocane feeling. Is this due to calcium?

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not due to calcium but this could be nonspecific and some time may be due to some functional condition hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
