Hello. I have gone through your question. As suggested by your symptoms you might be suffering from GERD(Gastroesophageal reflux disease). It is caused by caused by stomach acid coming up from the stomach into the food pipe. i would suggest:-

1. Avoid coffee, alcohol, chocolate, fatty foods, acidic foods, and spicy foods.

2. Donot lie after eating something.

3. Have moderate excercise.

If the condition does not improve take proton-pump inhibitors such as pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach for 5 days. Hope this helps. Thanks and Regards.
