What Causes Heaviness In Chest, Pressure Below Sternum, Nausea, Tiredness And Headaches?

My chest has been feeling heavy. I can breath just fine, but my chest feels heavy like someone is sitting on it. My diaphragm, right below my sternum, feels a lot of pressure. I get hungry and it hurts, I eat and it feels better, but then I feel nauseated. I am tired a lot and I have been getting headaches.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Common causes of chest pain and vomiting include:
-gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
-peptic ulcer.
-panic attacks.
-cardiac issues
I suggest to do an electrocardiogram to exclude cardiac issues.
I also suggest to do an endoscopy to exclude stomach issues.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
