What Causes Heaviness In Head And Headache While Jumping On A Trampoline?
Every time I jump on a trampoline I end up feeling really sick. I get massive headaches and nausea. It lasts hours after I stop jumping. Is this normal? It doesn t hit until about an hour after I stop jumping but then it won t go away. It s done this since I was a kid. And while I m jumping it feels heavy.. Like inside my head feels really heavy and weighed down. I don t understand if this is normal. I v had a headache for 3 hours now. Should I not jump on trampolines?
Occasionally, trampolines can cause headaches to users. Headaches are the result of tight muscles in the neck which, in turn, can affect the whole head. The tightness of the neck muscles fluctuate throughout the day, depending on the time of day and the kinds of activity that are being performed. Neck pressure will reduce with time. An accidental fall or hit should be ruled out.Persisting headache for more than a day should be investigated to rule out concussion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
