I have heaviness in legs, pain where legs connect to torso ,cramps lower abdomen, heaviness and pain in both shoulders and neck sometimes tingling and numbness down right arm difficult to get up from chair and difficult to get in tub or in and out of car

Heaviness in legs and weakness can be due to anemia, low levels of calcium and vitamin D, and sometimes hypothyroidism. Kindly visit a physician for blood test for the diagnosis.
