What Causes Heaviness In Legs/ribs, Nasal Congestion And Bumps On Soft Palate?

I have been sick for several weeks with heaviness of legs , fatique, lower back pain. Had burning pains and prickly sensations mostly left side buttocks to shoulder area but at times diffuse. Sometimes hand and back of arms feel hot and tingly. Initially thought it was start of shingles but no lesions developed. Neurologist wanted to test for Lyme disease but results not back yet after 5 days. I feel it may be Epstein Barr virus. Told dr I felt like when I had mono. Feel very unwell. Heavy feeling in ribs today and headache base skull. Lots of nasal congestion and irritated throat. Small bumps felt on soft palate.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think there can be rotator cuff tear or a nerve compression in the shoulder. I would recommend you to show it to a shoulder expert and get MRI. This will confirm the diagnosis.
