General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms demand a detailed examination and investigations to find / rule out various bowel infections, infestations, food allergies as causative factor. A cause specific treatment would then help you out. Please consult a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
