What Causes Heaviness In The Chest And Breathing Difficulty?
A month ago I woke up with a heaviness in my chest. Hard to breath and light headed.Chest x-ray and cat scan showed normal. Heart seemed fine. It eased up but came back where it is hard to breath and my chest always feels tight. Doctor doesn t seem to know what it is. I have to struggle to breathe a lot.

If you have not done the EKG then it is advisable to get this done and it would be much better if you can think about stress too. These tests are for cardiac evaluation else the symptoms that you have could be due to hyperacidity or heart burning and it can be best give try with tab Omeprazole.
