What Causes Heaviness In The Chest And Breathing Difficulty?

I WOKE UP AT 5:30 AM TO VERY HEAVY CHEST AND PAIN TO BREATH AND MOVE. IN HIGH STOMACH AREA. I ASSUMED IT WAS GAS. I TOOK 2 TUMS AND WALKED AROUND FOR AN HOUR. IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO GO AWAY SO I WENT TO WORK. I FEEL TOTALLY FINE. BUT RE THINKING I SHOULD HAVE GO TO THE HOSPITAL WHEN IN PAIN. DO YOU THINK I SHOULD STILL GO TO HAVE SOME TESTING DONE? LINDA

Yes you should have consult with cardiologist and do some test tlresgarding your problem can you tell me it was your first episode or previously you experienced that one also and how many pillow you use while on bed
