I think it is highly likely that the symptoms are possibly due to asthma, assuming that what you said is true. That all the reports were normal. Otherwise, there is a high possibility that these symptoms may be secondary to an upcoming cardiac problem. Chest heaviness, cough, high heart rate and blood pressure could always portend a possible cardiac problem. If, however, the doctors in your area have done an angiography and ruled out this possibility, the possibility of asthma-causing these problems is definitely plausible.
