Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Heaviness In The Chest, Elbow Pain, Headache, Weakness, Fatigue And Nausea?
Can you narrow my symptoms down? Heaviness across chest nipple to nipple with pain that radiates to mid scapular, both shoulders, down both arms with exaggerated joint pain in left elbow, neck, slight headache, weakness, fatigue and nausea after eating bbq pork. Clammy sweats in torso and legs but at altering times
* Seems secondary systemic symptoms following gut infection following pork intake as there are the associated sweating torso, legs, and headache, nausea, weakness.
* Though primary relief with proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole on empty stomach and tablet paracetamol after meals can be obtained, I do recommend a visit to your family physician for a primary check-up and discuss the need of any antibiotic is there or not.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
