What Causes Heaviness In The Chest While Having Sinus Infection?
I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia a week ago. Was given steroid shot and antibiotic. Wasn t feeling better so went back with sinus infection and given antibiotic shot and another steroid shot and new antibiotic. Now my chest is very heavy feeling. Coughing more now with some mucus coming up and sharp pain in back side of right lung. Could this be full blown pneumonia or pleurisy? Really ready to feel better so what can I do?

It could be a bout of gastritis.
As of now, you can take antacids like pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
