General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history please follow my advise below-Check [ECG/ECHO/Angiogram]. Treatment is purely surgical [Radiofrequency catheter ablation] if conservative methods failed. Tell your local doctor to check following clinical signs in details and record it:

1) Check Blood pressure
2) Pulse
3) Pulse oximetry
4) Cardiac findings - Cannon A waves
5) Cardiopulmonary findings
6) Neurologic findings

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
