I always feel like my forehead is so heavy over my eyes and i irrationally raise my eyebrows up every minute, i feel embarrassed when i am with people and i always raise my eyebrows without being noticed, i do that due to the heavy feeling on my forehead and my eyebrows

It is a habit disorder for you.Take counselling from psychologist If you believe the counselor and coincident ly follow the advise you correct it.
