What Causes Heaviness In The Head Post An Injury?
I was in a decently sized car acciedent, we were rear ended and I hit my head on the back of my seat. I went to the hospital to be sure I didn t have a concussion. Turns out I just got whiplash. 2 days after (now) my head randomly feels heavy and weird. Also when I get up I feel a little lightheaded. What is happening?

It is better to get an MRI of the brain done, have some precautions do not blow your nose forcibly, monitor your Blood Pressure (BP) regularly.
Are you taking any medications for the Bp? Be in regular follow-up with a Neuro Surgeon.
