What Causes Heaviness In The Head?

Hi, I am feeling heaviness in my head. But i dont have any headache. While tilting, moving on stairs, i can feel a shock on head. It is not improving after sleeping. Me and my wife are having the same problem from last 2 days. Can you please help?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this is very common symptom of frontal sinusitis and in my opinion this can be best treated with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen three times I day drink more water and no need to worry about this every thing would be fine soon, have a nice day.
