I have heaviness in my legs and arms..had test on them and have no vein blockage for circulation..I have had a rash since Feb and by may my throat was constricted,,Dermatologist did bioysp and said I had scurvy--deficeicy of vit-c.... ...??? is there something else going on in my body that blocking the vit-c..from staying in my body..been taking vit c for5 days now 1,000 mg a day..I ve been to a Rhu-a-tologist...had a EMG and a muscle biopsy......EMG said there was a muscle deisease..but the biopsy said none...help
Venous insufficiency & varicose veins usually result due to poor nutrition, aging, lack of exercise & sedentary lifestyle. Take proper nutrition & stay active.
Avoid smoking & other addictions, maintain blood pressure, blood sugar & cholesterol levels to normal to stay away from PAD.

Hello, The commonest cause of heavy arms and legs is Obesity, Hormonal imbalance, Varicose veins, Venous insufficiency, PAD, etc. Venous insufficiency & varicose veins usually result due to poor nutrition, aging, lack of exercise & sedentary lifestyle.
