Hello,
It may be due to many different causes including positional vertigo, but I also suspect that there may be
orthostatic hypotension causing your symptoms.
It is also known as
postural hypotension, occurs when your blood pressure drops within three minutes of standing when compared with blood pressure from the sitting or supine position, usually caused by an inadequate physiologic response to postural changes in blood pressure, leading to
dizziness,
lightheadedness,
blurred vision, weakness, fatigue, nausea, palpitations, and headache.
You may want to have a follow up with your local doctor, so they can check each vitals upon your positions, laying down, sitting and standing, to see if your blood pressure applies to this condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
