What Causes Heaviness In The Stomach During Pregnancy?
Hello... I m in my 9th week of pregnancy but i feel heaviness in my stomach it is very bad to feel and because of it i m unable to stand n sit comfortably.. plzz helo me and some times i feel pain in my lower abdoman but this pain is like sparking in my scar coz my first baby was born wd CS 3 n half years ago.. help me plzz

the pain is due to congestion that is a little swelling due to incresed blood flow , would advise you to do little light exercise (you wiil get books on allowed exercises in pregnancy ) a small morn or evening walk which sould help Also reduce salt intake
