What Causes Heaviness In The Upper Body Along With Headaches And Blurred Vision?

38 year old female has left side of body feeling heavy and swollen from waist up to side of head; has slight headache from front to back of head on left side; BP normal 122/70 and heart rate 82; no temperature; vision in left eye slightly blurry; left hand slightly swollen visually; cannot make as tight a fist in left hand as right; took 2 81mg aspirin an hour ago with 2 Excedrin at 1:00 pm - time now 6:35 pm; was lightheaded, dizzy and fainted at top of 3 flights of stairs at school at 11:30 a.m. - paramedics said BP was slightly low and heartbeat a little fast at the time; what advice can you provide? is it necessary for MRI or wait and see on symptoms - thank you

I really appreciate your concern, all of the symptoms are not indicative of any emergency neither it is due to any major or serious illness and it is nothing to worry may not needed any imaging study like MRI hope this information helps.
