What Causes Heavy And Irregular Periods?

hi, I am 46 and staying in Kuwait, my periods pattern is 29 april they 23 may then 23 june then 19 july then august skipped then 26 September then October skipped then 11 November then 25 November again means this month twice I got and again now at 11 December. why is it happening? what can be the reason. I don t have fever or bodypain but bleeding is very heavy. why is it like this. I am not able to sleep from last week. i sleep 3 hours per day. what is the reason for that. please advice. thank you,

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menstrual cycle happening due to hormone changes and it is kind of physiological phenomenon you have to wait for some time because it get corrected on its own, and if it does not then you have to see the gynecologist there condition may need some investigations, hope this information helps.
