What Causes Heavy Bleeding And Hearing Loss After Head Injury?
I hit the back of my head on the tile floor last night. I had heavy bleeding and my hearing in one side completely disappeared, and has not returned. I have a severe headache in the front of my head. I have no dizziness, I am not nauseous, my memory is fine and I do not have slurred speech. My husband wasn t to take me to the ER. I washed the blood and mats out of my hair and we were able to see it is a small cut. Can I just wait and see?

Heavy bleeding after a head injury may be due to scalp injury and laceration .
Laceration may need suturing SOS.
If you have headache along with hearing loss etc. then you should go for medical checkup and you may require a CT SCAN head to rule out any internal injury.
