Hi, I have been on the Depo shot for almost 3 months now. I started bleeding about 5 days ago. It began as really light pink spotting and gradually gotten heavier. It is now to the point of my period flow before the shot but it is a very bright red with a lot of clotting. My stomach is having mildl and sometimes severe cramping and my lower back feels very tight. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex very frequently, even before I started the shot. When I did a urine pregnancy test before they gave me the shot it did come back negative but I am considered I could have possibly had a miscarriage since they are the same signs. Is that a possibility or is this common with the Depo?
