What Causes Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

hello my name is Stephanie
I've had my period now for 7 days now starting last Thursdays afternoon and at first it was not alot even a bit watery at times but now its still a pretty heavy flow and doesn't look like its stopping any time soon i know my period comes to and end when it get very watery but
now I'm getting worried is this normal and I'm still getting cramps ?
