My sister in law has had two heavy periods a month for several months. She has also had three 6 hour iron injections I think she needs a hysterectomy her iron stays at 6.2 or below. She travels three weeks out of every month and last Sunday and started getting worse. A drop in haemoglobin will cause all these symptoms. Go to the doctor with the Ultrasound report and the Blood count report. Treatment will depend upon the cause.
