What Causes Heavy Bleeding, Severe Lower Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

I am bleeding real heavy, I have extreme low back pain, I keep feeling like I have to go to the bathroom and then it feels like my insides are coming out. I real so bad! What should I do? Thank you so much for wasting my time and prolonging my suffering, I m broke.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, if I would be doctor of this case then I would advise to have Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen, have some rest, if this the dysmenorrhea then it may not need any treatment but it will be okay once the acute phase is overs hope this information helps.
