What Causes Heavy Headedness Along With Dizzy Spells?

Hi, I have been feeling kind of dizzy, not world spinning but hard to focus on objects and heavy head sometimes. It seems to increase when in places like the grocery store where there are a lot of items to focus on. I was taking nexium 20mg for stomach problems for about three months until I had to stop, made me feel like I just got off a roller coaster all day long. My labs came back normal except for a 1 point high on my MCH it was 32 normal range for lab was 31. Could this be a vitamin deficiency? Also noticed I have had slight pain in throat last few days and fatigue along with a feeling of imbalance.
