You have a history of irregular heavy periods. Since you are having a lot of blood clots coming & your abdomen feels sick, you are suggested to visit a gynecologist. Get clinically examined & assessed.
You may need to have blood & Imaging tests done. Heavy bleeding can be due to miscarriage if you had unprotected sex, hormonal imbalances, cervical polyps, cysts, fibroid, endometriosis or cancer.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. In the meantime take iron & vitamin supplements. Take nutritious home made food. Stay away from stress. Take adequate sleep.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
