What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Postinor 2?
I I usually had irregular periods. Like periods lasting the least 2 days or the most 2 weeks. Now I had sex. And took an emergency contraceptive pill. Postinor 2. And now I am having extremely heavy period flows. Why? And do you recommend I take minigynon as a birth control method?

* The heavy menses is due to sloughing of endometrial cells via effect of uterus which was turned into secretory changes from previous state.
* Let the menses settle on its own, rather than taking birth control.
