What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Along With Multiple Blood Clots?

Hi, I m 19 years old 20yrs on Halloween, I ve never ever had regular periods, I ve always been irregular, I started my period yesterday after its been almost 2yrs without one, but the way my blood is, its heavy and has multiple small and large blood clotts coming out, its been almost two yrs? Can I be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, if you want to rule out the possibility of conception then only best way is get done the ultrasonography test, this is the only best option you have else the irregular period could be due to hormone changes, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
