What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Abdominal Pain After Partial Hysterectomy?
I have had female issues since I was 16yrs old, now 34. I ve had PCOS, Endometriosis, etc... 3 months ago I finally had a partial hysterectomy (ovaries & tubes removed) Then last month I had a HORRIABLE period! Horriable pain and bleeding. They thought I might have developed polyps but after test that was negative. Then they said that it was just probably old blood and would be my VERY last period EVER! Well, I have started yet again this morning. I m so confused and upset. I m emotional and don t understand what s going on. Please help with any advice!
Endometriosis means presence of Bleeding uterine tissue in many non anatomical sites. So you can still be having uterine tissue in your pelvis, inside your vagina or abdomen which can cause vaginal bleeding. Get a consult to look for the same. An Ultrasound or MRI will be helpful.
