What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Lower Back Ache?
I am 19 and my period started 2 weeks early. It is exceptionally early and heavy. In the last hour I soaked 3 pads. I get nauseous as well as I am cold and have lower stomach and lower back ache. Do you suggest emergency assistance what vould this be?

As a first line management you can take drugs like tranexemic acid for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like PCOS.
