General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

The heavy bleeding since around one month is not normal...

Your work up needed in following ways...
-Pelvic examination
-per speculum examination
-USG (pelvic)

These will rule out if any organic cause present like endometrial hyperplasia, cervical polyp etc...

According to cause further specific treatment given

Meanwhile you can take trenexamic acid tablets two times a day for bleeding

Iron tablets also prescribed if HB low secondary to bleeding

Hope this will help

Consult gynecologist for examination With keeping my answer in mind

Take care
