Hi

You failed to mention your age which would help rule out one of the most common causes for such a presentation - peri- or menopause.

If you are no where near that age group then other causes could be medications, sudden weight loss or weight gain, high levels of stress, strenuous exercises, infections, abnormalities related to the reproductive system like polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts, etc. Please speak to your doctor about the same as you will require a more well supervised and guided regimen.

Best wishes
