What Causes Heavy Periods After Having Hysteroscopy, D&C And Ovarian Cyst Removal?

Why are my periods heavier 2 cycles after my hysteroscopy, d & c, and and drained cyst on ovary. My doctor said that I was ok 2 weeks after the surgery and I can proceed with trying to conceive but my periods are a little abnormal and I ve beenconing on later than usual. I also came on my period 20 days pass ovulation. I am sure I ovulated because I used a ovulation predictor kit

because of surgical procedure there might be hormonal imbalance. after d&c it happens. it will settle down. the other things may be alright and out come will be positive.it is not that youwill conceive imidiatly.
