What Causes Heavy Periods And Bad Cramps?

Hi, my name is eli, I have had my period for 4 years, they are very heavy, I get bad cramps, & they last like a month! That is definitely not normal! & I only have like two weeks off until my new one starts! Looking for good guidance! Thank you, Eli

Hi Eli thank you for writing us here.
Heavy menses are as age advances. Also I would suggest you to get a gyne checkup and an USG to see if there are nodules or fibroids which are most common causes of abnormal utrine bleeding. You can take the hormonal pills so your menses are regular but I strongly advise you to see a gynecologist.
