What Causes Heavy Periods And Cramps Long After Having Prolonged Period Delay?

Hey my periods were basically absent for around 2 years, a small bit of bleeding from time to time. In Jan and Feb and March I got two normal periods. Last Thursday I started bleeding out of the blue and it hasn t stopped since. I have a very tender pain at the right side of my very lower abdomen and I keep getting sudden shooting pains down there also. I have no other period like symptoms and it really doesn t feel like a period!!
