What Causes Bloated Stomach And Abdominal Pain?

Back in May I had a Novasure and Tubual Libation (sp?) I am a 30 yr old woman, 5'4" and no up tp 150lbs. I have had nonstop pain in my lower right side abdomen/pelvic area. My stomach is always bloated looking. I had a CT scan last month and they discovering my intestines were completely full and constipated. However, I go regularly every day. I frustrated an don't know who to go to and what to do.
