What Causes Heavy Sensation In The Chest While Bathing?
I am a 19-year-old female and I get extremely bad chest while taking a hot shower. I have SVT but this feels completely different. Its a very intense heavy feeling and happens within a couple minutes and there is never steam buildup in the bathroom. This has happened multiple times and this time was the worst it has been.

Take proper rest, avoid smoking and alcohol. it's not very serious problem, add some meditation and exercise to your daily routine and avoid spicy and junk food. Have a cardiologist's opinion with ECG report.
