What Causes Heavy Smelly Vaginal Discharge After Tubal Ligation?
I had a c-section and tubal ligation 3 months ago and i keep getting a really heavy clear vaginal discharge that completely wets my underwear. Should I be concerned? It has a slight sweet smell to it. I don't think its a yeast infection for there is no itching or stinging.
