What Causes Heavy Uterine Bleeding Along With Pain?

My wife is having heavy uterine bleeding with pain in her period now due to cyst in left ovary doctor advised over phone her to take pause mf 3 times a day with drotin ds for pain. But today the bleeding did not stop doctor asked to take 2 deviry 10 mg and 1 at night. Should pause mf be continued.

Thanks for the query. Iunderstand your concern.
Severe bleeding during menses with pain not controlled by pause mf while you have ovarian cyst indicates hormonal imbalance. Thedoctor has started with hormonal pills to control the bleeding.
Take the pills of deviry 10 as per doctor's advise &contunue with drotin ds ...if pain continues....you may need cyclical hormones to control such bleeding.. please consult treating doctor for further advise after you finish present course of deviry 10.
