General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, she needs urgent ultrasound pelvis and CT scan if needed to look for any signs of the local metastatic lesions from cervical cancer.

Also to look for any post-surgical bleeder which is causing the bleeding. She may need urgent blood transfusions as well as transimic acid treatment and surgical intervention to stop bleeding if severe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
