What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps?

Hello, I recently experienced 2 days of extremely heavy bleeding and cramps. It only lasted two days, they were both exetremly heavy (changing pad every 2 hours) and I was passing clots and then the next day, it suddenly stopped. I am not sure what this was, please help.

Hi, I think it can be your normal periods also. But if you got a delayed periods this time and if you are sexually active, you can do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. Hope it helps.
