What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Back Pain?
I ve been having really bad back pains last week I had really heavy bleeding for 3 days bright red and this morning I woke up and was bleeding again this time it isn t bright red I thought it was my period but it s weird that I had it twice within 2 weeks?

You need to have ultrasound pelvis to know the cause of heavy menstrual bleeding like fibroids, endometrial thickening, etc. Cause can be hormonal in a young patient like thyroid dysfunction, etc. Kindly review to a gynaecologist for management of the underlying cause.
