General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.
It seems that you might have had your period. Bleeding around the time you expect usually means that you are not pregnant.

A home pregnancy test will help to confirm it.

If you continue to have irregular bleeding patterns or any new symptoms like clots or pain while menstruating or otherwise, I recommend seeing you OBGYN.
If you have urinary symptoms like burning, increased frequency or discomfort while urinating ( could be in your urethra and/ or lower abdomen), an Urinalysis is advisable to exclude an Urinary tract infection.

Also note that if your cycles are not regular, there is a good chance that you may get pregnant if you do not use protection or any other way of contraception. Safe period method of contraception will not work.
Hope I've helped .
please get back to us if you need any more clarification.
wish you good health
