What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Severe Back Pain After Taking Regestrone?

hello doctor.i had use d registrone tab for an emergency use...unfortunately I didn t bleed on the first three days...now I m having terrible bleeding for last two days followed by severe backache n unavoidable stomach pain...is it normal...n yes is it safe to use this tablet.

Prawal pishti 500 mg bd
Giloy sattva. 250 mg tds.
