Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult gynecologist as soon as possible because there is strong possibility of miscarriage. Points in favour of miscarriage are:
1. Low lying G sac
2. Continuous vaginal bleeding with discharge of blood clots and ball like structure.
So without wasting time, rush to emergency room and get done vaginal examination and ultrasound examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
